Six story 110 dwelling units building with first floor retail and basement, 2+4 podium construction – 2 floors masonry with precast planks and 4 floors wood framed.

Six story mixed-use steel framed building with masonry core, exterior masonry bearing walls and front steel moment frames. Floors consist of steel joists with concrete deck and roof has a roof deck with penthouse. Two framing options were developed for value engineering and 3D structural models were done in RISA Floor and RISA 3D.
